The 66th annual Golden Globe Awards — held on Jan. 11 in Beverly Hills — were broadcast on NBC.

Jennifer Lopez opened the ceremony with the presentation of the award for best supporting actress in a motion picture. The award went to Kate Winslet for “The Reader.”
